ESSBIDS toolbox for compiling and working with BIDS datasets in MATLAB. Developed in the Experimental Neurology workgroup at the University Hospital Essen.

This is a small collection of useful functions used in the department for Experimental Neurology in the university hospital Essen, Germany. Most scripts evolved while working on structural and functional MRI data using SPM. It is recommended that you have SPM12 available, as well as SUIT toolbox for the cerebellum, TFCE, and CAT12. Each function should check on the needed software and complain if something is not available.
