Analyse Weather dat from DWD with respect to energy storage durations

Here: years 2020-23 for Düsseldorf and Cuxhaven (actually set) Analyse periods with sum/wind above a set level and periods blow tis level. They are then shown as 1D and 2D histograms to check assumptions for typical charging/discharging times. The data come from DWD.
